Eddie Bright Jr. is the Global CEO and Partner of ApTask Global Workforce Solutions. ApTask is a leading provider of staffing and workforce solutions and the nation’s premier minority black
owned and veteran certified global supplier provider. ApTask Global has offices and operations around the world in India, Hamburg Germany, Central London, Mexico City, NY, NJ and Denver Colorado.

Officer and took over as CEO in 2017, leading the company un”l 2019 with a period or unprecedented growth.

intelligence, generational awareness and creating positive attrition within corporate ecosystems. And in 2023 Eddie was awarded ITSMF Executive Member of year the leading organization for the growth and empowerment of Black technology executives. Eddie holds a B.S. in Theology and Pastoral Studies from Northeastern Bible College, as well as a Master’s in Divinity with studies in Technological Entrepreneurship and Communications.
Eddie is also a former USMC Officer MOS 4502 Comm Strategy and Ops with excellence, service, and community are truly embedded in all he does.

Terrence Clark | NY & NJ MSDC
President and CEO
Terrence Clark leads the way forward for staff and members of The Council community by providing oversight and guidance in relation to The Council’s goals and objectives. Prior to this position, he served as the Vice President of Entrepreneurship and Business Development for the National Urban League, where he was responsible for the management of all small business and entrepreneurship programs. Mr. Clark also served as the Senior Vice President of Knowledge Sharing for the Opportunity Finance Network, where he was responsible for community development for financial institutions nationwide.
In addition to serving on The Council’s board, Mr. Clark is proud to sit as a board member for TruFund Financial Services and the Supplier Diversity Development Council of New Jersey. He also sits on the Economic Impact Committee of Stonehenge Capital and on the Minority and Women Business Enterprise Advisory Councils for the NYC Comptroller and the NYS Governor. In 2021, he was named as one of the Notable Black Leaders and Executives by Crain’s New York.

Timothy P. Kerner | The Millennium Group
President
Timothy is the President/Partner of The Millennium Group (TMG) and serves on its Board of Directors. As President, Tim oversees the company’s vision, strategy, financial objectives, and investment priorities. Under Tim’s leadership, TMG has become a premier global Office Services Management company. Tim remains a strategic, financially disciplined leader with a strong track record in the Facilities Management and Office Services industry.
A York College of Pennsylvania graduate and retired U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer, Tim holds many industry credentials and has been decorated with numerous military awards. He also serves on several additional Executive Boards, including Direct Mail Depot, Smiota Inc., and Shamrock Trucking. Tim is an active Board member of the NJ Veterans Chamber of Commerce, serving the welfare of the New Jersey Veteran community. He also actively supports the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), and many additional non-profit organizations.

Soohyung J. H. Kim | Standard General
CEO/Mng Partner/CIO
Mr. Kim is the Chairman of Bally’s Corporation and has served as an independent Director since 2016. He is the founding partner of investment firm Standard General and is the firm’s Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Kim has been investing in special situations strategies since 1997 starting at Bankers Trust Company, as a Principal at Och-Ziff Capital Management, and a Partner at Cyrus Capital Management. Mr. Kim is currently a Director of Intralot SA (GA:INLOT). He is a Director of Pursuit (fka Coalition for Queens), Vice Chairman and Director of the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies and Director and former President of the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association. In addition to this, Mr. Kim is a former member of the Board of Directors of Greektown Superholdings and Media General, Inc. and the Board of Managers of ALST Casino Holdco.

This former news producer, veteran talk show host, and communication director for sports giant Nike, holds multiple degrees, has more than three decades of industry expertise, and constantly seeks new levels of learning and understanding.
In addition to leading her team to innovative and effective global community outreach, rebranding, digital marketing, and public relations campaigns, Cheryl is recognized as an award-winning professional communicator and business strategist, crafting fresh and compelling stories that enhance clients’ reputations and bottom lines.
She remains actively involved in various boards and organizations, including serving as chairperson for the NY & NJ MSDC’s MBE Input Committee. Cheryl’s expertise spans both the private and public sectors while crossing multiple industries and countries. Cheryl McCants is a true leader in her field.

With over 35 years of accomplishments in the luxury yacht and hospitality industries, Steven Tanzman possesses unparalleled expertise in flawlessly executing unique and elegant events.
Founded in 2003, his company, Yacht Events LLC, delivers five-star cuisine, service, and staged entertainment aboard world-class yachts and venues. Esteemed clients include billionaire George Soros, business mogul Donald Trump, fashion icon Donna Karan, the Saudi Arabian Royal Family, United Nations ambassadors, and several championship teams from the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB.
As President of Yacht Events, Mr. Tanzman expertly navigates the critical juncture between success and failure, where months or even years of meticulous planning culminate in a few hours of impeccably executed details. Whether coordinating a private yacht sailing to an unconventional docking spot or organizing hundreds of staff and rentals for an island accessible only by ferry, he consistently meets the challenge. His events range from intimate family or corporate celebrations to grand galas hosting over 2,000 guests.
Before founding Yacht Events, Mr. Tanzman led sales and operations for prestigious venues including the New York Palace Hotel, the 24 Fifth Avenue Ballroom, and the Pleasantdale Chateau. He also played a pivotal role at World Yacht, setting the benchmark for fine dining aboard luxury yachts.
A native New Yorker, Mr. Tanzman quickly ascended the ranks of the hospitality industry. By his early twenties, he had advanced from Maitre D’ to Sales Manager at Singers Resort, making significant strides in the competitive New York City special events market.

Rondu Vincent | Bristol Myers Squibb
Executive Director, Global Supplier Diversity & Sustainable Procurement

Rondu leads an award-winning program that is responsible for all internal and external supplier diversity and small business operations, community outreach and strategic alignment with Bristol Myers Squibb’s (BMS) inclusive Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Organization (SS&P). Rondu is also responsible for supporting the company’s procurement sustainability goals, including standards for suppliers relating to social responsibility, environmental stewardship, ethical practices and governance.
Externally, Rondu is involved with key supplier diversity organizations and has forged strong partnerships with a variety of national and international advocacy groups. Rondu serves on the board of directors for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, and Board Chair of the New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council and as an advisor for the Global Supplier Diversity Alliance (GSDA). Rondu is also a mentor, coach, and advocate to many small and diverse suppliers and has played a strategic role in the growth of these businesses.
Rondu has won many accolades for his work in the industry. Most recently he lead the strategy to spend $1B with diverse suppliers and in August of 2023 BMS was inducted into the Billion Dollar Roundtable. Rondu was recognized by Pharmaceutical Research and Manufactures of America (PhRMA), as a “We Work for Health Champion” for his work in BMS’s COVID-19 philanthropic response, including working to secure of $1 million in personal protective equipment (PPE), for frontline healthcare workers, and supporting small and diverse supplier impact by the pandemic. He also won the 2020 Supplier Diversity Advocate of the Year from the Disability:IN organization. Past awards also include the 2019 Program Manager of the Year form the Diversity Alliance for Science; recognized by Accenture as the 2019 Champion of Change; named 2019 Hero of Pride by The Mixx for 2019 World Pride; 2016 Supplier Diversity Advocate of the Year Award by the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC); and the 2014 Advocate of the Year by the NY & NJ MSDC.
