Each session is 20 minutes. Each participating corporate or government representative is assigned a roundtable of 10 for the duration of the session. Eligible firms are can then select which table they want to join for each cycle.
Once the MBE is seated at a table, the firm has one minute to present an elevator pitch outlining the company’s capabilities and what differentiates it from the competition.
After introductions, representatives have an opportunity to ask questions and engage in roundtable discussions. At the end of the 20-minute cycle, all firms must move to another representative’s table

After a jam-packed day of scheduled networking and structured conversations, Exchange attendees should be armed with new substantive knowledge needed to form strategic business partnerships.
In this relaxed, less formal setting infused with a general spirit of camaraderie, wine and cheese, MBEs and corporate members can exercise their networking skills.
