Leo Russell is the CEO and Founder of Pride Global and its subsidiaries.
Pride Global (f/k/a PRIDE Technologies) was founded in 1983 with a focus on providing IT services to financial institutions. Over the years, Leo diversified the core functions of Pride Global to include human capital solutions including vendor management, payroll and pass-through services, business process optimization, attorney and leadership development, and complete staffing services for both direct hire and contingent labor solutions.
Currently, Pride Global employs 3,000 associates over a broad geographic area, with offices throughout the United States, Canada, India, and Brazil. As featured in Crain’s New York Business, Leo has grown Pride Global to be the largest minority-owned vendor management and staffing firm, as well as the 5th largest minority-owned company in the New York Area.
Leo previously held senior leadership positions at Young & Rubicam and Lehman Brothers.
He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Claremont Men’s College and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
