Over 26 years ago, Rodney Evans founded Skyline Connections, Inc. (SCI) after attending The Million Man March. SCI is an IT solutions firm serving the financial industry as well as municipal and state governments. SCI’s services are designed to help clients plan and maximize their technology investments.
SCI’s most recent offering is Epiphany cyber software. SCI partnered with Digitalware of NYC to develop a cyber software solution that lets clients know when and where a cyber breach will take place, as well as what business units would be affected. This agentless cyber solution deploys easily. The Council’s support resulted in SCI introducing Epiphany to one of the largest banks in America.
SCI also provides highly qualified onsite project-management leadership, project managers, business process consultants, solution delivery architects, and total project life cycle leaders with years of experience. From a program standpoint, SCI specializes in public safety, health and human resources, finance, central IT infrastructure, core services, content management, case management and facilities management for agencies that require asset/license/permit solutions. The SCI team has worked with Bank of America in three states to maintain their locations and supported brick and mortar locations during Hurricane Sandy.
Active in the transit and transportation industries, SCI was recognized by the US Department of Commerce MBDA as the Regional Minority Firm of the Year and as Supplier of the Year by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Lockheed Martin awarded SCI the Minority Owned firm of the Year (two years in a row) for subcontracting and supporting the MTA.
