Corporate Spotlight: PSEG

Sue Hogan, Supplier Diversity Manager for the Procurement Organization at Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. (PSEG) in Newark, New Jersey has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of supply chain management, including 28 years of extensive experience in supplier diversity.

Since joining PSEG in 1991, her primary responsibilities have included the management and leadership of PSEG’s supplier diversity process, which encompasses the development, communication and implementation of policies, strategies and initiatives, related to supporting a diverse supply base.  Under Mrs. Hogan’s leadership, PSEG has increased its expenditures with certified minority, women and veteran-owned businesses to over $532.2 million or 18-percent.

Mrs. Hogan has held a Board of Directors seat with the NY & NJ Minority Supplier Development Council Inc., Institute of Supply Management of New Jersey, and is a Past President and Board Member of the NJ Board of Public Utilities, Supplier Diversity Development Council.  She has received numerous national and international awards for her commitment to the inclusion of minority, women and veteran-owned businesses.
